HEALTH, SAFETY AND SECURITY
Our schools' front doors are always locked, with keycode access provided at enrollment, and secondary doors controlled by a buzzer system. Only identified individuals and authorized pick-up persons with ID are allowed entry.
Curriculum and Enrichment Programs
Our curriculum emphasizes the child as a natural researcher and active participant in their learning. We also offer special enrichment programs that offer a variety of age appropriate enrichment programs. Some of our programs include Yoga, Music and Movement, Sports, Sign Language, and more!
NUTRITION
Smart From the Start participates in the USDA Child and Adult Care Food Program. Our nutritious and balanced meals and snacks are prepared in-house by professional chefs.
REPORTING AND COMMUNICATION
Our teachers utilize the Brightwheel app daily, which allows us to keep parents and guardians up to date with photos, videos, messaging, and more.
EXPERIENCED TEACHERS AND WELL-TRAINED STAFF
We hire professionals with a love for learning. All teachers meet DCFS qualifications, have background checks, CPR and First Aid certified, and approved food handler certifications.
