SIX WEEKS - AGE 12
Our location on 79th Street serves ages six weeks to age 12.
The Armitage Ave location serves ages six weeks to age 5.
Smart From The Start provides a safe, secure environment where your child can learn, play and grow. Smart From The Start has developed a nurturing, creative program supporting every child's unique patterns for development, feeding and sleeping. Smart From The Start uses these patterns as a guide to introduce daily activities to stimulate infants' curiosity and imagination. Smart From The Start is committed to making the first transition away from home smooth and natural for families and children.
Program Highlights
- Develop basic concept of communication and social interactions
- Focus on cognitive and motor skills through playtime activities

I am glad I was able to find a daycare for my daughter. She has been in this daycare since she was 6 months. I love Teacher Frances and Esmeralda they have been with her the most and they have treat her as their own. She has learned so much her teachers always keep me posted on my daughters day. Any concerns or questions they are there to help. Thank you to all the staff as well for always being so friendly.

We have sent our oldest daughter to SFTS since she was 12 weeks old - and now she is almost three! We now also send our second daughter there and they are watching her grow. Smart from the Start has always been reliable, communicative, and incredibly caring for our children. They have always taken the utmost care for our children, as if they are their own. We get timely updates, pictures, and videos throughout the day, via their app. And if I ever need to communicate with a teacher, they always respond immediately. They are fed healthy foods, and it has been wonderful to be a partner with the teachers in our children's development. Additionally, their cleanliness and dedication to disease (and COVID) prevention is top priority for them. We are a proud Smart from the Start family!!
